We must have a copy of All 2010 participants birth certificates.

* Refund Policy
SOUTHEAST VALLEY HAS A POLICY OF NOT ALLOWING ANY REFUNDS AFTER A PLAYER HAS SIGNED UP AND PAID HIS/HER REGISTRATION FEE. THE REASON FOR THIS IS THAT ONCE A PLAYER REGISTERS THE ASSOCIATION MAKES COMMITMENTS FOR UNIFORMS, FIELDS, ETC.

* Late Registrations
Registrations received after March 8, 2010 will be considered late. A $15 late fee will be charged per player.

In order to successfully submit your registration information you must:

1) Complete all requested information for each player.
2) Complete the appropriate payment option.
Online credit card payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
or you can Mail-in a check.
If you pay by mail-in check, all checks must be postmarked by MARCH 8, 2010 in order to secure your spot!
3) Print the Certificate of Registration Page.
